Outline for certification
The SEMI is a standard for semiconductor and equipment & materials for flat panel display, which is divided into ten sectors in relation to chemicals, equipment automation (of hardware and software), material, gas, micro pattern, equipment & safety, packaging, and flat panel display as a cohesive association standard by SEMI's collection of recommendations and needs from consumers, suppliers and related experts, and is the most comprehensive international standard for semiconductor and equipment & materials for flat panel display in the world.
